Bonnie is another great source for cute pictures, thanks to a smile that can send people into diabetic shock. She was cosplaying as some bunnygirl creature from a (at one point fictional) anime from a live-action series, and it made for a cute costume, so I shot away.

It taught me the value of knowing the limits of fill flash; see, when you use a flash, you're stuck with only slower shutter speeds, meaning you're more likely to blow out an image with a low f-stop. I learned that one and lost a few shots that way, but I also didn't have a lot of light for flash-free shots either. Live and learn, I guess - still, some really cute pics emerged.

Who's that masked person? Is it some secret Jedi master?

No, it's... it's... um, a giant bunny-person with a carrot tail. I think that's pretty close to a Jedi master, right?

This shot's a bit washed-out; see, I forgot that when I'm using a fill flash the maximum shutter speed only goes so high, so a low depth of... okay, I'm rambling, just enjoy the pics...
